I’m going to share fully what Take Shape For Life has to offer: The Trilogy of Optimal Health (being healthy in 3 major areas: Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Healthy Finances).

You might be interested primarily in getting physically healthy: looking to lose weight, learn healthy habits, and living a more optimal life.
Even if someone is eating right, maintaining their weight and exercising, the might not be truly healthy if they are stressed out, unfulfilled, struggling financially or don’t have a plan for retirement.
That’s why we offer solutions for all three areas of health, and you may find yourself interested in one, two, or all of them.

Let’s look at stress as a contributor to poor wellbeing
So many people are stressed because they are trying to balance their responsibilities and obligations in life, and some aren’t having that much fun doing it.
Going beyond Optimal Physical Health
Healthy Mind:
The second part of our Trilogy of Optimal Health has to do with having a Healthy Mind. When we refer to having a Healthy Mind, we talk about “Organizing Your Life Around What Matters Most”
What does that mean for you? Enjoying life? Having fun? Controlling your own destiny? Enjoying your occupation? Building strong relationships with loved ones? Having more time to pursue your interests? Having a sense a meaning and fulfillment?
What we know and what research has confirmed, is that a person can be physically healthy - they can be at an ideal weight, eat right , and exercise – but if they are overstressed, unhappy, or unfulfilled, this can affect their overall health and wellbeing.
Having a Healthy Mind and being mindful that we need to care for ourselves in this way is an important Habit of Health.

The third part of Trilogy has to do with Financial Health
Financial wellbeing is really about a sense of financial security and lack of worry, rather than absolute measures of wealth.
It’s the perception that you have more than enough money to do what you want to do that has 3X more impact than your income alone on overall wellbeing. In fact, focusing solely on the accumulation of wealth can even reduce our wellbeing.
Everyone knows that someone doesn’t need money to be happy. But lack of money can have a negative impact on one’s health.
We talk about financial health as “Living an Abundant Life” . Could that mean…?

Once you start getting results, people are going to start asking you…what are you doing? You look fantastic! You can opt to refer these folks to your Health Coach, or you could begin paying it forward and become a Health Coach yourself. Becoming a Health Coach means that you can help others and helps you be accountable to your own program. As you are coaching people and helping them with their program, it helps keep your own commitment level high. At some point, you may want to pay it forward, whether that is today or in a few weeks once you are experiencing success. Let’s hear from someone who decided to pay it forward and how it impacted their life and the lives of those around them.

Health Coaches acquire and support Clients.

Here are some advantages to being a Health Coach
Creating Time and Financial Freedom
In our business model, you can ramp your income up relatively quickly by developing Clients.
If you have a need to create immediate income to make you car payment, house payment, a student loan, etc, you can do that by acquiring Clients and coaching them. Part of the income earned for coaching is paid on a weekly basis.
If your financial and long term goals are bigger and you decide to work with other coaches, over time your income from your organization of coaches will exceed your income from the client part of your business.
