F.M.S. is a web-based finance management system that allows users to register client details, issue loans, store information, and update existing client data. It aims to provide loans to clients without difficulty. The system allows employees to apply for new client loans, check client and project statuses, view monthly profits, add new employees, and check payment statuses. It uses a database and data flow diagrams to track client details, project details, payment accounts, and other information.

2. What does F.m.S. mean ? F.M.S. means Finance Management System. It is based on case study of an existing finance companies. It is a web based project. This project fulfill all the requirements of a “Finance Management System” like register a client details, issuing of loans, storage of information as well as update the data of existing client and the data of particular client. This project shows all information regarding client which are required for Finance Management System.

3. OBJECTIVESGenerally we see that even a middle class Company face the problems in issuing a loan from the bank. Thus problem has been eliminated in the project. Thus our main objective is to provide loan to the client without any difficulty. The overall aim of the application is to ease the task of the administrator or any so called head and not indulging him again and again meeting of the employees involved in the business to get any type of information about the business.
