This document introduces PaymentView 1.0.0 software for FrontlineSMS that allows users to manage mobile money payments and customer interactions through SMS. It allows importing customer contacts, viewing incoming payments by date, configuring auto-replies, tracking savings plans, sending single or bulk payments with authorization keys, and securely logging all activity. PaymentView sits on user’s
computer with GSM modem.
GSM modem receives/parses and sends
formatted SMS or STK messages with
mobile payment platform.
