This document provides the program for an event hosted by MEP Isabella De Monte on promoting sustainable tourism for all in Europe. The event will bring together key actors from the EU, regions, and tourism stakeholders to discuss making tourism accessible for all. Representatives from the Tuscany region and NECSTouR will open the event. There will then be a keynote speech from the Director of Toscana Promozione Turistica on sustainable tourism for accessible destinations based on Tuscany's experience. A roundtable will follow featuring discussions on the EU policy framework, best practices from regions like Flanders, Scotland, and Ile-de-France, and perspectives from industry stakeholders.

2. Concept: In connection with the International Year of Sustainable Tourism for Development declared by the
United Nations, the Regional Government of Tuscany, together with NECSTouR and the European Parliament
would like to stimulate the debate on Tourism for All at European level, by bringing together key-actors such as
the EU institutions, Regions and stakeholders.
In line with the European Commission’s commitment to increase accessibility in tourism destinations, the
European regions and stakeholders of the tourism sector, are making efforts in their territories to develop
quality experiences for all.
Starting from the experience of Tuscany and other NECSTouR European Regions, the focus of the round table
is to share and discuss how accessibility is transferred from policy to products and services and communicated
in a comprehensive way for all users, while ensuring information liability.
