Decibellas Women's Choir was established in 2010, and is a vibrant and responsive community organization based in Tarporley, Cheshire UK. As a choir open to all women, it currently maintains a membership of 70, which represents women between the ages of 25 and 75 from the village and its surrounding areas. Major ticketed public events are held twice annually which are not only showcases for musical performance, but represent an earnest attempt to engage the public with programming that is creative and thought-provoking. Such concerts have resulted in an amount in excess of £3000 having been donated to charity in 2015 alone.
