Purpose of
the
magazine
• To engage the reader into the world of
film specifically romance films
• Allows smaller actors from North London to
have their name heard
• To entertain and provide advice on how to get
into the industry
• The aim of the magazine is to allow people to
love films just as much as others bringing people
into the film industry, but also for people who love
the genre of films
Content within
the magazine & Genre
• In the magazine it will include films that are upcoming
• Will highlight a film from an independent film
company within North London
• Romantic movies that are well known with reasons
why to watch
• Film reviews
• Competitions to be able to get the age group engaged
• Interviews with local actors who have been in
films, that have been filmed in North London
• Will highlight films within the genre
• The genre is a very popular genre within the world
Color scheme of the
magazine
• Black corresponds to the red
• Red makes it easy for the reader to see
but stands out
Form
and price
Form
48 pages in the magazine
Front and back cover will have a glossy finish - inside pages will be
in matte to make easier to read
At bottom there will be an option to start a subscription with the link
below it to the magazine's website
Price
£6.99 per issue
£4.99 per month with subscription = £59.88 per year
Online copy will be the same as in person to keep costs equal
Target Audience
• Primary Target starts around age 15 and ends at
18
• Secondary Target will be up to 25 magazine
• The magazine will be aimed for anyone no
matter what their race is or their background
but will include some LGBTQ+ films so will
allow them to relate to it
• People who are interested in films or would like
to get into the industry
• People who enjoy the romance Genre

Fonts
• These are fonts that could be used the top one could be
used for the front cover page as the title
• Is a Romance like font as its very bold and has the slight
curled look to it
• The Middle one could be used for coverlines and by lines
as it stands out from the top one and it’s a sans
serif font
• I want there to be a modern aspect
• The last one could be used for the headline of the
magazine

platform
• Netflix
• Amazon prime
• Disney+
• Hulu
• My own streaming platform
– Romance Tite/up –
where buyers can access
all the films that are within
the magazine
Marketing
• Having social media accounts
to make people aware of the
magazine
• Instagram and TikTok so these
will reach many people within the
target audience
• leaflets placed in cafe's within North
London - many people in the target
audience will go to study here
• Shown at film festivals to get
the magazine more well known by people
- The UK Film Festival and London film
festival
Distribution
• The magazine will be sold in North
London at the start – aim to sell all over
London
• Sold in places like shops/supermarkets,
cinemas, bookstores and then
stationary stores that sell magazine's
like WHSmith's and news agents.
