The first task that we had to complete a define and summarise
design briefs work sheet. From the examples given we had to
answer questions like “What does the client require?”
In the next lesson I am going to start thinking of ideas
for my final major project. I will start my ideas
generation using tadxedo and mind genius.

This week our task was to create a mood board to decide what
type of project we would create (magazine, advert, short film)> I
chose to make an advert, magazine cover and photography linking
all three things together.
Next lesson I will write a proposal for my chosen final
major project.

After I had created my PowerPoint of all my ideas for my pitch. I
next wrote up a project proposal and write up my final script
before presenting it to my intended client.
Next Lesson I will start my background research into the
snowboard I have chosen. I will also look into methods I
could possibly use to film my advert.

This part of the project was the preproduction work, I created a
PowerPoint with things related to my project and then I create a
survey to see what my target audience required.
Next lesson I will start making a story board for my
advert, with which shots and angles I will use.

The next task in the course was pre-production; I created my story
board for my advert. I chose shots and angles which I believe will
make for an interesting composition. I am choosing to focus on
my advert instead of the photography and magazine cover.
I am now ready to start filming my final major project.

I have now filmed all my footage for my advert, I will now have to
create my composition in after effects and start editing.
Continue editing my composition and to look for
interesting effects I could implement.

I am to continue my editing as I am ahead of schedule, my
composition is now in order and I just need to apply my chosen
effects to it.
Apply my chosen effects and add music to the advert.

I have added the music to my advert I chose a song called “Snoop
sings”. Next I need to upload the advert to YouTube.
Now production of my advert is complete I will start the
feedback group on Facebook and gather my other
feedback from survey monkey.

Now that I have my feedback I can start my evaluation. Finish my evaluation.
Mon W/B 6/1/14 I have finished my evaluation using feedback from the Facebook Finish off any outstanding work.
