This document outlines a presentation aimed at improving internal communication and information sharing between departments at HOI in order to provide better and faster service to buyers. It discusses 7 key topics: 1) exchanging constructive information internally, 2) better communication between merchandising departments, 3) better communication between departments, 4) communication within merchandising departments, 5) communication between inter-departments, 6) communication with supporting departments, and 7) future goals of speedy and better service through internal collaboration.
