Preparing monthly perpetual inventory of A & B class item as per norms, quarterly ageing report all A & B class item
with 100% line feeding as per plan material availability.
Establishing quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control and reducing wastages.
Finalising the specification of materials; ensuring that the stock value is kept at the lowest practical level to economize
the use of working capital, and to minimize the cost of storage.
