4. 10 things I hate about you.
Genre: Romantic Comedy.
Setting Introduction:
This movie begins with a camera panning across a road full of teens walking. The music
sounds upbeat and pop ish. The titles showing the cast are shaking and bold and don’t go
with the music. The scene then shows a Car going towards the camera with 4 young girls in
singing along to the song.
Character Introudction.
A change of music then occurs when a red car pulls up alongside. The music is rocky and
completely different fitting the previous titles better. This indicates the film is going to show
a character who doesn’t get on with everyone ( the song being I don’t give a damn about my
reputation).
A new setting is shown of a school full of people walking around busy with the girl in the car
pulling down a poster.
Audience:
The audience are nowaware the maincharacter is

make it interestingto see whatgoeson.
