Here I have discussed the age restriction our film would be given based on the BBFC post and how they decide the age limits on new film releases. Also, I have included the reasons as to why our film would fit into the age limit given.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

Film age rating for blog
1. Introduction
In films there are age restrictions that stop people who are under age from seeing certain content.
For example: people who are aged under 15 cannot see a film with the age certificate of “15”.
Main In a film rated 15, you can expect to see certain content that people who are younger
should not see. For example:
-strong violence
-Frequent strong language (e.g. 'f***').
-portrayals of sexual activity
-strong verbal references to sex
-sexual nudity
-brief scenes of sexual violence or verbal references to sexual violence
-discriminatory language or behaviour
-drug taking
For example: Strong language is current throughout the film, but really strong words like (C***) is
only occasionally used in the film. It is very important that the producers know what age certificate
there film fits into. This is because it saves time if they make the script correct as the rating they
want it to be. Otherwise they will have to change the script around again so that they are aiming at
the correct target audience. For example if they don’t not put enough swearing and violence, in the
film, then it would be rated lower than a 15. This might result in the producer rewriting the script
and adding more swearing, so that it fits into that age group rating.
In an 18 rated film, you can expect to see certain content that people who are younger should
not see. For example:
-very strong violence
-frequent s trong language (e.g. 'f***') and / or very s trong language (e.g. ‘c***’)
-strong portrayals of sexual activity
-scenes of sexual violence
-strong horror
-strong blood and gore
-real sex (in some circumstances)
-discriminatory language and behaviour
For example: In a 15 rated film it would only show minimal sexually nudity, but in an 18 rated film, it would show a
lot more nudity and more sexual scenes. Also the sexual scenes will be a lot more current and more apparent in
the film.
2. The producer’s needs to know what content is on an 18 rated film. This is because, if they were
planning to release the film as an 18, the audience will expect to see aspects from an 18 film. If the
film was labelled as an 18, but really it should of only been a 15, then the audience will be upset and
it won’t be very successful.
Conclusion
Overall from looking at the BBFC website, I have found out information that is required for an 18
rated film and a 15 rated film. Also I have learnt that the producer needs to get everything right first
time to save time and money. For example: Adding the correct content for the right age rating. This
will make sure that the audience are happy with what they are watching and they are getting what
they expected to see in that age boundary.
