This document discusses how to fight stress and toxic thoughts using intention, projection, and energy. It argues that we often compare ourselves to others through envy and projection, not seeing our true selves. We are advised to find the beauty within ourselves rather than envy others, practice gratitude and kindness, reflect daily, and project light instead of darkness. Frequent repetition of positive thoughts can help create beliefs of abundance rather than lack.
Overcoming Strongholds is another struggle Christians go through as they are entangled to the pleasures of the world. Satan brings lies about themselves, about others and about God. Believeing these lies create a stronghold and reinforcing the lie leads them away from God. Real freedom includes overcoming the strongholds in our spiritual life. Be Blessed!
I just shared a document about how a good becomes not so good with life. It is just a warning that sometimes we think we are doing good but in the end, it's lead to death. Find how it happen!
this presentation lays out the many reasons and techniques for promoting and practicing forgiveness in our lives.
While applicable for everyone, this like all of our presentations is specifically designed for caregivers in a long-term care environment.

How do we shift from the awkward, clumsy "armor" of self-protection into the freedom and power of staying connected with others and living authentically? In this talk and slideshow, Susan Fochler explores what life can be like when we trust God to be our protection and choose to "keep our love on".
Because thought underlies many human actions and interactions, understanding its physical and metaphysical origins, processes, and effects has been a longstanding goal of many academic disciplines including artificial intelligence, biology, philosophy, psychology, and sociology.
Our whole world is a reflection of our thought.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.
7. We are projectors
• We project onto others qualities that lie hidden
inside of us (both good and bad, suffering and
admiration)
8. Projecting through envy
We compare ourselves to others, imagining they have a better life, marriage, or career.
This is pure projection.
9. We project as we don’t always have an
accurate reflection of ourselves
10. We are like icebergs
Many part of our personality are hidden from us, but when someone whose behavior
expresses one of these hidden aspects of us, it can trigger a reaction in us”
11. We are like diamonds
Multi-faceted and shaped by those around us and our past experiences
12. So how do we fight all these
negative thoughts?
25. Be Tolerant Like Sea: Rumi
In generosity and helping
others, be like a River In modesty and humility,be
In compassion and grace, like the earth
be like the Sun In tolerance be like Sea
In concealing other's faults, Either appear as you
be like the Night are, or be as you appear
In anger and fury, be
like Dead
28. Each of us acts like a magnet…
we attract conditions that are in accord with our thoughts and energy.
29. Your intimate life is connected to your
weight
• Low energy leads to food cravings, binges and emotional
eating
30. With better connection to inner self and if you reach
your ideal weight, you will have more sexual energy,
better metabolism and your cravings & appetite will
fall.
