Pre-skinned
Getting to the Muscles Skinning of the pig is necessary To begin, make an incision on the mid-ventral part of  the neck where the skin is loose A split would be then made with the scissors Use the blunt probe while holding the skin with the forceps to separate the skin from the underneath tissue
Getting to the Muscles Continue the first incision to the umbilical cord Make a circle around the umbilical cord From the split at the original incision, make another from there to the lower lip The next set is from the chest then cut across both arms then circle around the wrists The same process should be done for the legs as well
