15.  Mine situated in Sukinda valley, Odisha, which is around 175 kms
from Ferro Alloys plant and operated through open cast mining
method.
 The current resource is estimated to be more than 45 Million
Tonnes duly validated by SRK.

18. • The existing plants Capacity is 170,000 MTPA which will be increased to 370,000
MTPA by 2016
• In Parallel to development of Under Ground Mining, BAL has planned to undertake
additional Investments for setting up a new Ferro Alloy Plant at Jajpur Location in
India.
