-Conèixer diferents tipus de fruites ( relacionant-les amb diferents èpoques de
l’any, gustos, colors…..)
-Aprendre a fer melmelada / comfitura
TÈCNICA: Es partirà d’una conversa inicial per esbrinar els coneixements previs
envers la melmelada. Això serà el punt de partida per elaborar una llista d’ingredients.
Elaboració de la melmelada de poma.
2. MATERIAL:
- poma.
- Sucre.
- aigua.
- llimona.
- pots de vidre.
- pots de melmelada de maduixa, pressec, etc...
- plats, culleres.
- Cassola.
PROCÉS:
1ª SESSIÓ : observació de fruites i de melmelades .Els nens i les nenes
exposaran les seves hipòtesis sobre l’elaboració i conservació de les
melmelades. Fem tastets dels ingredients.
Cançó:sóc un cuiner.
3. 2ª SESSIÓ: Contrastarem les hipòtesis i realitzarem el procés.Melmelada de
poma. Fem tastets de melmelades
3ª SESSIÓ: - Recordarem el procés d’elaboració .
- Degustació de la melmelada.
