This document summarizes two iPad research projects for late elementary and middle school students. The first project involved 5th grade students researching the Aztecs in groups. They used various iPad apps like Safari, Keynote, Voicethread, and Photos to conduct research, take notes, create a digital slideshow, and record narration. The second project had 6th grade students research the origin and meaning of their own names using similar iPad apps and online resources. Both projects utilized a dedicated wiki page to organize resources and student work.
