Diana carries over 24 years of advertising and
marketing experience throughout Asia. Diana
initially worked in advertising as Regional
Creative Manager for McCann-Erickson
(ASEAN), handling global brands such as
Coca-Cola, Levis Strauss & Cathay Pacific,
before starting her own company in 2001 in
Singapore, which focused on combining
marketing and branding, product development,
and illustration.
Diana Francis’s fine art focuses on Asian heritage in the medium of oils. She is supported by the
NHB of Singapore for her art contribution, through the Hip2 program.

where there is opportunity to help build awareness t the public and build funds for NGOs for
animal charities and sanctuaries which otherwise remain unknown.
Elephant Parade Singapore
In 2011, FatCat Designs Pte Ltd, worked closely with Elephant Parade Ltd in Creative Direction
when Elephant Parade came to Asia for the first time.
Developing merchandise from Elephant Parade key elephants ‘We Love Mosha’ and Singapore’s
‘One Degree North’, FatCat Designs Pte Ltd, worked closely with Elephant Parade, to push
awareness for TAEF (The Asian Elephant Foundation) the charity supported by Elephant Parade.
Diana worked with Elephant Parade globally to produce their first range of ‘non-replica’
merchandise, retailed in TANGS (ongoing).
Elephant Parade Hong Kong
FatCat Designs Pte Ltd initiated Elephant Parade for Hong Kong for their second
Asian Parade in 2014. Diana Francis worked as the Chief Creative Officer for Hong Kong parade
in 2014. Working on the organization, art management, sponsorship and branding with Swire
Properties (presenting partner for Hong Kong), along with merchandise development for
Elephant Parade Hong Kong.
Animal Merchandise Pte Ltd
In 2012 ongoing, FatCat Designs Pte Ltd, supported the launch of Animal Merchandise Pte Ltd,
a retail company whose objective is also to raise awareness and funds for local animal charities
within Singapore. From developing the corporate ID for the brand, brand positioning through to
product development of homeware and giftware retail-able merchandise.
From October 2013, Animal Merchandise will be available at TANGS
(Orchard Rd) and from November 2013, at TANGS VivoCity.
Wildlife Reservese Singapore Conservation Fund
To develop WRSCF branded merchandize as an innovative conservation communication tool for
the WRSCF fund activities. The objective aim for this ongoing project is to create products that
can tell the story about the less well known animals supported by WRSCF (such as the Pangolin
and Fresh Water Crab) as well as the conservation achievements in general from WRSCF.

Wildlife Reservese Singapore Conservation Fund To develop WRSCF branded merchandize as an innovative conservation communication tool for the WRSCF fund activities. The objective aim for this ongoing project is to create products that can tell the story about the less well known animals supported by WRSCF (such as the Pangolin and Fresh Water Crab) as well as the conservation achievements in general from WRSCF.
