Rural Regeneration Cumbria
New Landscapes International Conference
The New Landscapes forum was hosted in Carlisle
and brought attention to the problems facing the
rural landscape, not only in Cumbria but across the
globe.
Designed around a simple link between the rural
landscape (the central tree) and international
community (the circle or planet) this proved a
captivating design, winning a pitch against the rest
of the Cumbrian design community.

10. Purely Mineral Packaging
Being based online most of Purely Mineral’s
products are delivered through the post.
We felt that it just wouldn’t do justice to the brand
for them to arrive in the usual brown card tube, so
we designed these bespoke packages to keep the
make-up safe in transit, be durable and critically,
beautiful enough to be kept by the recipient.

There’s more to the Quaker Tapestry than meets the
eye. Our long-term clients at the Tapestry
approached us to design a guidebook for visitors to
treasure, explaining the stories behind the scenes.

GLEE is the most influential trade
exhibition for the garden, pet and leisure
sectors in the UK; crying out for some
fresh creative. For a trade show that’s
full-to-bursting, this visual route shows
garden products piled high!

Having made their name redeveloping much of
Istanbul, Kermer came to cactus! to help them
target a European audience for their luxurious
holiday homes on Turkey’s Aegean coast. The
corporate folder brings a touch of the Aegean Sea
with a wave-inspired pattern.

We launched Craghoppers’ first adventure into TV
advertising. Using video footage from our
Vietnam/Cambodia photoshoot, we created a quirky
series of ‘short, sharp bolts of worldwide
inspiration’. Shown on major channels such as
Discovery and National Geographic.
