• Greet All customer that comes into the store in a warm manner with smile and offer
assistance

• Cultivating successful relationships with retail customers
• Implementing all visual merchandising standards
• Promoting Toys In front of the shop to Bring more customer
• Maintaining sales records for inventory control
• Works effectively with others, resolves conflict, listens well, and shares knowledge with
others
• Delivery receiving, arrangement and control of products, all other daily
activities like cash counting, shop daily opening and closing activities
• Well versed in Oracle sales & shop management software
• Handling sales phone calls and e-mails

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and problems
• Handle and resolve customer complaints including technical problems
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints by
