According to your request to fill in and select the relative fields. The picture below is a sample of
sending video clip to email when trigger Digital Output every 1 minute.

3. How can I setup the server?
If you setup the server at the first time, please go to Event settings and click Add Server button.After
that, you can find the Add button in Server Settings field

You can click Test button after field all fields to confirm the settings is OK.
