implementation
 The issues and conversations from the Diversity Management & Inclusion
Programme workshops and other sessions must not be personalized
 Initial objective is to internalize and understand the context of Diversity
Management & Inclusion Programme

Facilitation Guidelines
 Ultimate objective is to ensure the understanding and
appreciation of the strategic business importance of implementing
Diversity Management & Inclusion by the employees and
management of the company
 The Objectives, Tasks, and Deliverables/Outcomes of the
company’s Diversity Management & Inclusion Programme will be
embraced by the employees and management of the company
 The participants in the company’s Diversity Management &
Inclusion Programme will set the tone and give the direction to be
followed by all the internal and external stakeholders of the
company.
 We will end the company’s series of Diversity Management &
Inclusion Programme sessions as a collective and united
stakeholders of the company.
