The study investigates the impact of organization, employee opinions, experience, and communication on job satisfaction within a real estate company. Utilizing a sample of seventy employees, the research employs descriptive and inferential statistics, including reliability testing through Cronbach's alpha, and regression analysis to assess various influencing constructs. Findings indicate a connection between worker satisfaction and communication, organizational commitment, and demographic factors, suggesting that employee retention efforts should focus on enhancing job satisfaction through improved working conditions and communication.
