This document presents a new experimental framework for a mobility anchor point selection scheme in hierarchical mobile IPv6 (HMIPv6) to improve handover speed and reduce binding update delays. The proposed scheme incorporates a distance-based map selection combined with a dynamic load control system to enhance network performance and manage map load efficiently. The research methodology includes theoretical studies, implementation, and evaluations demonstrating that the new scheme outperforms existing methods in terms of load distribution and binding update costs.
