Experiential marketing is tactic to create Customer Interactions
with product, service or place. It is “a set of interactions between a
customer and a product, a company, or part of its organization,
which provoke a reaction (Schimitt, 2010).
It is an umbrella construct used to incorporate and account for a
diverse set of phenomena
