PMO Setup & Management
Direct and oversee the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects
meet client goals and requirements. Develop and implement PMO processes and policies,
directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define,
prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
 Responsible for the establishment and management of engagement structure, standards,
processes, documentation and reporting
 Developed templates and processes to drive methodology and reduce costs and increase revenue
 Established beta team to redesign internal SharePoint site
 Designed, configured and launched new site focused on removing challenges associated with

 Develop project schedule based on major deliverables then building out tasks
