A Multi-rater Assessment (MRA) in which you select a team of colleagues and peers to evaluate your performance as a program manager via a web-based survey. A comprehensive application process that includes a review of education by PMI staff and a review of professional work experience by a panel of program managers. - #7 Experience must be unique non-overlapping professional PM experience. Hours: in leading or directing project tasks (not necessarily leading a full project). Must be within the 5 PM process groups. PM Education Hours: hours of specific instruction that addresses learning objectives in PM. May include education within the 9 knowledge areas. Through courses, workshops, training sessions offered by one of following orgs: PMI Registered Education Provider PMI Chapters, SIGs, or colleges Employer / Company sponsored program Training companies or consultants Distance learning-companies University / College

You don’t know which ones. Re-examination: can take test up to 3 times within the 1 year eligibility window. If fail 3 times, you must wait 1 year after date of last exam taken to reapply. But can take the CAPM Blueprint: % of Qs based on the process groups
- #10 Audit: Random. Notified after payment of the exam. Must submit supporting documentation. If fail audit, you receive refund minus $100 processing fee.
- #11 Common Qs: How long is the certificate valid? 3 years. Must maintain it by earning 60 PDUs each 3-year cycle. What happens if you fail the exam? If fail 3 times, you must wait 1 year after date of last exam taken to reapply. But can take the CAPM
