This document provides advice on excuse management for managers. It recommends setting timetables and priorities to manage tasks. Managers should say no when necessary and check sources to focus on the highest priority, highest impact tasks that align with deadlines. Lower priority tasks should be delegated when possible. The goal is to create outputs that make a difference and contribute value to the company and boss through good decision making and results.
