1. What did you personally do to help prepare for the Clean & Clear project?

During the days of preparation, I designed the name and two types of logos of the
company and also help my team to make a poster for the first project. Beside that I
helped logistic team to prepare cleaning stuffs.

I rate high for myself because I think that I have done my work as good as possible.
For example, I cleaned all of the tables and sweep the floor in room 31 in Itec
building. I attended right on time. I tried to do my best and also supported for my
friends.

2. 2. Reflection on the Clean & Clear project
 What worked well about this project?
In this project, the thing I saw that worked well is the teamwork. Because I saw that
everybody tried to do their own works completely and there is no one uncooperative. Moreover,
class members helped logistic team prepare equipment by bringing them from home to school in
order to save cost.
 What did not work well?
I think the distribution of work is one of a thing that not works well. Because we have two
days for this project, in the first day we have to clean two rooms in I building and the
second day, we have to clean three rooms and the corridor in Itec building, however there
were more people distributed in the first day than the second day.
 What did you learn about yourself?
I learned that how hard the work that the cleaners have to do everyday. Therefore I really
appreciate their work. I tell myself that I will try to raise more awareness about
environment in any place that I come.
 How well did your team work together? Were there any problems on your team?
We divided works for everybody orsmall groups as two people to design anything and then
select the best three options. Everybody have own voices in my teams. Excepting a few
members does not really support idea, there were not any problems on my team.
 What did you learn about your team?
I learned that communication is really important in teamwork, I have to participate as
much as possible and support other members on their works to finish the whole works of
team.

3.  What ideas/concepts/learning from past classes did you use in this project?
The concept from the past class that I used in this project is one of the scope of project
management. The first step in managing a project is to clearly define the goal of the project,
its responsibilities and deliverables, and when it must be accomplished.
 What will you do to improve your performance forthe next project?
I will associate more with other departments in order to they can support my team
immediately when they need and my team can also support them when they need
 How did you feel when we finished the Clean & Clear project?
I felt really happy after we finished the Clean & Clear project. Because after three years
studied in this school, I did something really meaning and useful for this place.
