1. What did you personally do to help prepare for the Classroom Revolution project?

During the days of preparation for I Repair project, I rate my performance at 9. At the
beginning of the project, I was participating in buying materials that I Repair required. I tried
to find the best places to buys these materials with suitable prices, such as I took
responsibility to find a store to buy medical masks that have good quality but lower price. In
I Repair project, we needed many materials and tools to clean all the classes, so I tried to
bring materials as much as I can like: brushes, waste baskets, etc. In the position as a member
of logistic team, I also help my team to collect these materials, tools and moved them from
keeping place (Tuan's department) to my class, also brought them back. Finally, I came to
meet my class on time at 8 am at the beginning of the project. From these reasons, I rate my
performance at 9 during the day of preparation.

During the Classroom Revolution project, I rate my performance at 10. I am proud of
my self with all works I had done in this project. I cleaned dirty walls for room 303, 304

2. on Saturday morning and 203 on Sunday morning with others members in my team.
Almost the stains was removed and the wall became more clean because I spend more
time to clean each stain in the wall. I also cleaned the floor in rooms by straw brooms,
collected all the rubbishes under the table and on the floor and wipe clean the floor by
water. My team members and I arranged neatly all tables and chairs in three rooms and
cleaned all the table's face by alcohol. I tried to clean the wood doors and windows by
wet towels and wet newspapers and they really worked because of all the dust in these
windows were totally removed. And I was really enjoying in stick the floors by glue and
the floors were stuck together. Moreover, when other team members were hanging the
window screens, I gave a hand to help them. At the end of the project, I cleaned the
women's WC because this room was be dirty by water from cleaning the floors and
people' shoes. Especially, when my professor said that IT department has not done their
jobs, I came to help them clean the door at the hall of building C. From my activities that
I have said I rate my performance at 10.
2. Reflection on the Classroom Revolution project
 What worked well about this project?
In my opinion, my class-VISK 2012B worked well in cleaning all room and halls where we
are studying now. Also, we worked as a team in very high level because all the rooms and halls
were totally cleaned. Especially, we cleaned all the dirty wall and made them become newer than
before that means the liquid we found to clean all stains on the wall was really worked and
brought the best effects.
 What did not work well?
I do not think that we have something that did not work well, because we worked friendly in
teams, shared materials and tools, even helped each other if they could not finish the work soon.
 What did you learn about yourself?
After finish Class Revolution project, I found that I have enough patience on doing all
works. For example, I was patient to clean many stains on the wall, table's face and windows.
Also, I learned that work on team is the best way to help the work complete as soon as possible,
because when I was in troubles I could ask others to help me, and supported other members
when they could not finish their jobs.

3.  How well did your team work together? Were there any problems on your team?
My team worked excellent together. We divided the works for all team members, and
everyone needed to finish their jobs if they could not they could ask others for help. Our team
member shared all works, checked and helped other works also. If something went wrong, we
asked other for helping or discussed to find the best solution for the works. There fore, we did
not have any problems on my team during the project.
 What did you learn about your team?
From my team, I learned that working as a team will help us become more stronger and
successful. I also think that discussion is the most important thing when we work on team
because we can exchange the ideas to find out the best solution for any problem. Moreover, I
learnt that a team should unite to have a good results in all works, even overcome all the
troubles.
 What ideas/concepts/learning from past classes did you use in this project?
In this project, I used the ideas that working together is better than one and it always bring
the best effect to our works. I also used the learning of discussion in a team or group that will
help the problems are solved more quickly by finding the best solution for each problem.
Furthermore, I have used the concept of being on time at any event, because if I go to class or am
on time at the starting of the project that means I respect my self, my jobs and people around me.
 What will you do to improve your performance for the next project?
From the experiences from Class Revolution project, I will discuss more and exchange my
ideas with other members in my team and my class to help the next project(I Honor) have better
results. I also think that in the next project I will work on team well with all other team such as:
marketing department, finance department, IT department and human resource department for
the success of I Honor project.
 How did you feel when we finished the Classroom Revolution project?
After finishing the Class Revolution project, my emotions change alot. Firstly, I felt very
proud of myself that I contributed to clean up my class rooms and I have never done this before.
Although I was quite tired after finishing 2 days of projects but when I look at the clean and tidy
rooms I become stronger and healthier . Secondly, I felt very happy because the cleaning all the

4. class rooms and 2 hall of building C of my class will raise the awareness not only of all my
classmates but also of all IS students in my school. There fore, our class rooms will be kept more
clean and tidy. Finally, I felt that this project is extremely meaningful. All the class room that
were cleaned will help our school newer, our professors will fell happy when they teach in these
room and all Is students will be appreciate with the jobs we have done. Therefore, they may help
us to keep and make all class room more clean and tidy. In the next project, I hope I will get
more good emotions like that.
