When making decisions about technology investments, governors should consider the anticipated educational impact on students, professional development needs of staff, and ensure the best value for money based on research.

It sometimes does… but you have to be extraordinary to make it happen!
ICT is used effectively as a tool for learning.
For example, in a Year 6 lesson, pupils
refined the language used in their blogging
activities to help them understand how it
could be used in more formal writing.
