Segmentation
• Age:
Under 24: We hope to tap the early college graduates who have begun their professional careers but
have not yet started their families. These events will focus mainly on themes with moderate to high
energy appeal.
Ages 25-55: The persons that fall into this age group are employed, middle to upper-middle class
families. The reason they choose event planners is they are too busy to do it themselves. Therefore,
Occasions will be on hand for questions, contact will be moderate in length but occur regularly so as
not to disturb the daily life of the families.
Ages 56 and above: Persons over the age of 55 have reached the turning point of life. Many are
retiring, others are celebrating anniversaries of significant years, and still others are seeing that their
children's special events are taken care of. Most holiday parties, and other special occasions, such as
wedding receptions and reunions, will occur in this market segment.
• Status:
Married and single people, working professional, retired people & students will fall in our segment.
• Geographic:
Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi
Target Segment
The target markets are middle to upper-middle class families, couples, individuals, or private and
public organizations. They chose these groups because these are most able to afford event planners,
and have the least amount of time to spare for event planning in general.

Our company will position itself as “our business to make unforgettable memories for you”.

paying of labour according to needs of an event or a day).

6. Physical Evidence
We will have a permanent office in Noida, website, presence on all social media platforms, a well printed
business card and brochure, every event we do – we will be advertising and promoting with our banners or
initials.
7. Process
According to the needs of the customer and the occasion, the event is planned and organized. A prior set up
layout of the event is prepared after discussing with the client and then the actual event is organized
accordingly.

SEGMENTATION, TARGETING & POSITIONING Segmentation • Age: Under 24: We hope to tap the early college graduates who have begun their professional careers but have not yet started their families. These events will focus mainly on themes with moderate to high energy appeal. Ages 25-55: The persons that fall into this age group are employed, middle to upper-middle class families. The reason they choose event planners is they are too busy to do it themselves. Therefore, Occasions will be on hand for questions, contact will be moderate in length but occur regularly so as not to disturb the daily life of the families. Ages 56 and above: Persons over the age of 55 have reached the turning point of life. Many are retiring, others are celebrating anniversaries of significant years, and still others are seeing that their children's special events are taken care of. Most holiday parties, and other special occasions, such as wedding receptions and reunions, will occur in this market segment. • Status: Married and single people, working professional, retired people & students will fall in our segment. • Geographic: Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi

Process According to the needs of the customer and the occasion, the event is planned and organized. A prior set up layout of the event is prepared after discussing with the client and then the actual event is organized accordingly.
