This Dissertation explores the particular circumstances of Mirzapur, a region located in the
core of India. Mirzapur, with its varied terrains and abundant biodiversity, offers an optimal
environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different

- 2. The task I got given. • The product I had to create was a documentary on the digital age and how media and technology effects us. The documentary had to be about 10 to 15 minutes long which required a lot of time to film.
- 3. Who was the documentary for ? • The client which we created the documentary for is known as the BBC which is a British broadcasting service which mainly broadcasts history programmes and documentary's.
- 4. Researching the client. • When researching the client I found out a lot of things about them and this slowly helped me gain ideas for my documentary .
- 5. My first idea • Once I got to know my client I then started to form some ideas. My idea that I decided to stick with is how technology and media effect people in different ways and how it effects you. I think this idea was quite original and really paid off by the end of it.
- 6. My rationale • In order to begin filming I had to create an rationale which explains what my idea is and how it will be successful. I think my rationale was okay and explained a lot and it managed to get green lit.
- 7. My first draft. • I think my first draft was quite bad compare to my finale as it only included the one interview and that’s it.
- 8. Finale documentary • I am quite amazed on how well my finale draft went as I have created a 15 minute long documentary which got some good reviews. I would defiantly say that my finale documentary was a lot better than my first draft.
- 9. My overall opinion • Overall I think that I have showed a clear understanding on what I had to do and completed the task given. I do think however my documentary could have been edited better but this was due to problems I faced. Lastly I have shown a clear understanding of the client and aimed to achieve the ultimate goal .
