Planning involved researching psychological thrillers using Wikipedia and YouTube to understand characteristics of the genre that could influence their own film's storyline and production. In pre-production, the group used Celtex and StoryboardThat software to write their script and plan shots, which helped visualize the film and bring researched elements to life. During production, a handheld Panasonic camera was best for point-of-view shots but made filming scenes with the whole group difficult. Adobe Premier Pro was intimidating at first but allowed adding effects to achieve a scary tone.
