2. The main product and ancillary texts were carefully
planned out so that they would collectively get the
film message across effectively.
Callum created the poster in order to effectively give
the reader a brief insight to the film's genre and
narrative. As a result we looked deeply into the
different production companies that might produce
our film and we looked into different types of
romantic comedy posters.

3. The review then specifies what did and did not work in
terms of our intentions, it also gives the opinion of
the film as if from an outside source.
To write the review I had to really think critically of my
film. I looked for short and to the point faults but
sandwiched them in-between good points about
the film as I saw was done in real film reviews.

4. Our film was designed to appeal to British
Secondary school males and females so we
looked carefully into YouTube statistics
(there is more on this under Evaluation –
Question 4 on media technologies).
With the insight into what our target audience
generally like to watch and the research
into other romantic comedies we were able
to make an effective final outcome.
