This document discusses evaluation of social inclusion programs for people with disabilities (PwD) in Fiji, Tonga, Kiribati, and Vanuatu. It analyzes survey and interview data that touches on definitions of social inclusion, whether inclusion is changing, and work still needed. Key findings are that social inclusion can refer to PwD belonging within their community or the broader society, it is difficult to measure and changes slowly, and promoting inclusion requires sustained multi-pronged efforts including supporting influencers, promoting success stories, and collaboration.
