Key elements included a powerful photo of the artist to represent her, a feminine title using the word "lyric" to appeal to female readers, and bold large title letters to make the cover seem powerful. Quick fire interview questions with the artist and casual photos of her in different poses and emotions were intended to give readers insight into her life and make her seem relatable.

He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.

We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

2. I attracted my audience with this photo of my artist because I feel that this photograph speaks for itself and represents what type of girl belle is. I also felt that this image would attract the audience because the photograph is very powerful, with her eyes being the first feature of the magazine that is noticed. I used this title because the word ‘lyric’ relates a lot to music and I think that the word ‘lyric’ would attract the female audience, as it seems like a more feminine word, which is what i aimed for. I also think that having the title in big bold letters, will make it seem more powerful and will attract the audience in that way. Elegant Belles eyes attract the audience because they make the magazine seem very powerful, because it looks as if she is staring out of the magazine at you. Umbrella adds affect to attract. The cover line that I placed down the left-third of the front cover. My typical audience likes festivals and gigs, so I thought by adding a cover line that involved a winning technique to something that my audience liked would attract that audience into my magazine. The banner that is stretched across the page – would attract an audience that like to read artists interviews – to make the audience feel they know what's going in their lives. This also called relate to social gossip and could attract readers that read the ‘OK’ magazine for example.
3. I incorporated these eight photos as small icons because I feel using these all together, adds effect because they were all taken at the same time with the aim of having natural, dramatic and funny photos. By using these represents the type of person belle is and attracts the audience because belle seems to be a cheerful character – by using natural photos for example laughter, the audience will get a view on how belle actually is. Aimed to attract an audience that are fans of belle and are interested in what belles answers were to these questions so the audience has an insight on her life. I chose to do quick fire questions as when the artist is asked these questions it happens very quickly and the audience could be interested in how she reacted to it.
4. I used these three photos as they are similar photos but different poses. The photos seem like she has been in a fun photo-shoot within her own home – which is what young people tend to enjoy and do with there friends. I feel that these three photos attract the audience because they all have a different effect of emotions that the audience will go through in there life, for example surprised and grumpy.
