The document discusses the various media technologies used to evaluate a trailer and related projects for a target audience that does not regularly use platforms like Facebook and YouTube. These included releasing rough cut and final trailers on YouTube to reach a wider audience and obtain feedback, filming a screening on a flip camera to document audience feedback, and comparing clips from the trailer to existing trailers on YouTube. Windows Movie Maker was also used to create a movie discussing how all the projects worked together to create a brand image.

This talk is intended to help non-programmers or programmers just starting to understand some of the basic structures that make up Drupal. OpenSource is great but often the documentation lacks. Knowing how to look around inside the code (even if you don't know how to code) can let you determine things that aren't documented.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

2. As previously stated it was difficult for me to obtain audience feedback as my target audience do not regularly use forums such as Facebook and YouTube. Therefore it was problematical for me to utilise all the media technologies which are available to me, when it came to evaluating my products.
3. Although as I have stated my target audience are not regular user of YouTube, I still released both my rough cut and final teaser trailer onto YouTube enabling me to reach a wider audience, and have the opportunity to consider their comments and feedback, enabling to help me with the development and evaluation of my trailer.
5. To obtain my audience feedback, from my specific target audience I conducted ascreening for my target audience. I filmed it all on a flip camera so I had a document of what I did and also I was able to refer back to the footage for their feedback on the trailer and ancillary tasks, which was particularly useful in the evaluation of my productions.
7. I also obtained a variety of clips from existing trailer off of YouTube, so I was able to compare them with the clips from my own trailer, and evaluate how my trailer conforms or subverts the convents of existing period drama trailers.
8. The clips I compared against each other, from existing trailers and my trailer
9. When evaluating how all my products work together to create a brand image, I created a movie using Windows movie maker so I was able to talk over how each of my products achieved this.
