behavior.

decision is morally right, which may be defined
according to ethics, religion , equity or law.

Verifone Incorporation.

that a manager with excellent performance figures was
engaged in malfeasance.

O Laws and regulation create definite standards of behavior, the concept of ethics is more subjective and perceptions about what constitutes ethical behavior often differs between individuals.
