8. B.Sc Psychology – 3 years (20 seats)
The B.Sc. (Hons.) Programme of Psychology of Eternal University has been
designed to provide comprehensive learning of Psychology by covering all the
important subfields of Psychology like Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology,
Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, and Life Span Development. The
Course aims to provide a strong theoretical grounding and skills to
understand and deal with human experience.
The one can puruse his or her career as Educational Psychologist, Childcare
Mental Counsellor, HR, Motivator, Counsellor, Health Educator, School
Psychologist, Forensic Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Criminal Psychologist
etc. Clinical Hons. Course seeks to provide course work of advanced nature in
psychology. EU course involves use of application based pedagogical practices
for teaching which include practical exercises, film and textual analysis, group
discussions, role plays, workshops and field study. This study of psychology
intends to equip students to pursue higher studies, careers and research in
the fields of mental health, human resources, industry, social work,
education, advertising, market research.

(BBA) – 3 Years (30 seats)
• BBA usually include advanced courses in business analytics, business
communication, corporate finance, financial accounting, macroeconomics,
management, management accounting, marketing, microeconomics,
strategic management, supply chain management, and other key
academic subjects associated with the academic discipline of business
management.
• The BBA degree also develops a student's practical, managerial, and
communication skills, and business decision-making capabilities that
prepare them for the management of a business entity. Eternal University

10. Bachelor of Arts (BA) – 3 Years
(30 seats)
• BA degree is a study of humanities, social
sciences, languages, and fine arts. B. A degree
programme is designed to develop critical
thinking abilities, and analytical skills to work
in various fields, such as academics, media,
research, public administration Civil services,
and cultural industries.

11. Bachelor of Economics – 3 Years
( 20 Seats)
• Bachelor of Science in Economics is an Under-Graduate Economics
course. Economics is a social science that analyzes the production,
distribution, and consumption of goods and services. Current
economic models emerged from the broader field of political
economy.
• During the course, many things are taken such as economics aims
to explain how economies work and how economic agents interact.
Economic analysis is applied throughout society, in business,
finance, and government, but also in crime, education, the family,
health, law, politics, religion, social institutions, war, and science.
The duration of the course is three years and the syllabus for the
course is divided into six semesters. After completing the course it
opens a lot of career fields for the candidates in various fields.

12. B A Music- 3 years (40 seats)
• BA (Hons.) Music is offered by the Dept. of Music under three
respective streams e.g. Gurmat Sangeet, Music Instrumental (in
nine type of string instruments) and Tabla in percussion. The main
aim of the department is to provide in-depth knowledge of the
subject both from theoretical as well as from practical aspects. It is
a performance oriented programme which trains the students to
showcase their skills in the field of Gurmat Sangeet, North Indian
Classical Ragas in Instrumental and solo performance with Tabla.
Special feature of this programme is that all students are taught
Tabla as a minor subject to profound their knowledge of Indian
Taalas. Students are acquainted with 20-25 Raagas along with other
specific musical compositions by the end of the course.

26. National Cadet Corps Unit in Eternal University:
An NCC unit with 60 cadets has been sanctioned by 1 HP Girls Battalion NCC, Solan for the Eternal
University. A combined Annual NCC Training Camp was held from 15-24 November 2017 at the Eternal
University Baru Sahib by the Battalion NCC under the aegis of NCC Group Headquarters Shimla. 402 Girls
Cadets of various Schools and Colleges of Himachal Pradesh attended the NCC Camp. The aim of the camp
was to impart multidisciplinary training including Drill, Weapon Training, Map Reading, Field Craft, Battle
Craft, Yoga, Social Service and Community Development to the cadets for talent hunt and holistic
development. The cadets also benefitted by learning time management, self-discipline, punctually, selfless
service to the nation and leadership traits.
National Service Scheme Unit in Eternal University:
The State NSS and Youth Welfare Department, Shimla. H.P. also sanctioned a NSS unit to the university. It
was approved by the Regional Director NSS Chandigarh. 100 students are working as NSS team of the
University, Baru Sahib.
