Rajasthan ILD Skills University - [RISU] is an public state university established in the year of 2017 under Rajasthan Government State University vide Act No. 6 of 2017. A total of 96 skilled institutions have been granted affiliation by RISU, and they have all been operating from 2018 onward. It is the first government-run skilled university in the country. The mission of the institute is to have one of the best educational institutions in skill education at both the national and international level. The vision of the institute is to expand skill education broadly in a very integrated manner. granted affiliation from RISU. Moreover, these institutions have
commenced their first session from 2018. Furthermore, RISU is an
effective institutional intervention to implement the National Skills
Qualification Framework in the State.
Also, it is a Government University hence, RISU is the affiliating
body for a large number of institutions operating in skill and
vocational training. The University Grants Commission was also
pleased to include the university under section 2(f) and 12 (B) of the
U.G.C. Act. 1956. Consequently, the UGC funds under different
schemes are being allotted to under respective plans (VIII Plan to
XII plan).

6. RANKING
 RISU is a pioneer of education in India. It similarly witnesses a
massive inflow of students every year. Moreover, RISU ranks among
one of the best state owned government universities in India.

The main objective of the RISU’s library is to support the research
and educational activities.
Hence, the library has a vast collection of books, bound volumes
of periodicals, reprints, Indexed articles, Seminar Papers, Ph.D.
Theses, Journals Subscribed (Printed), Journals Subscribed
(Online).
In addition to that, an adequate number of computers, Wi-Fi
connectivity, well-qualified library staff, and availability of
demographic information sources are the strengths of the library.
Medical Facilities
In the first place, it recommended for an educational institution to
provide excellent health services to it students.

its students and staff.

Education shouldn’t restrained inside the concrete cubicles for
all the years of education.
The seminar hall used for conducting various co-curricular
activities, including seminars and workshops.
Additionally, the air-conditioned seminar hall equipped with the
latest technology, such as multimedia projectors, and is
architecturally designed to make interactive sessions impactful
and effective.
Computer Lab
The university has well-equipped computer labs for the sake of
practical education in computer applications.
