When the Pacific Railroad Act ordered for the construction of the Transcontinental
railroad in 1862, most people were able to find the positive side in the new form of
transportation. Westward migration had previously been difficult for groups such as

Throughout history, various styles of music have developed to further the evolution
and complexity of music, wether it be commissioned by nobility or, composed for the
enjoyment of the normal, common populace. English madrigals, though not the
longest lasting style, is one such form of music that has had a lasting impact on the
continuing composition of music. Madrigals are defined four ways in A History of
Western Music. The fourth definition, English polyphonic work imitating the Italian
genre, is what will be covered in this paper but, to understand this definition, the other
four must be explored. Madrigals originated as a musical style in Italy in the 14th
Century, but, the style came around again in the 16th century (1588 1627), much
more popular and extremely more influential than the previous incarnation of

What Is Ervice Oriented Computing ( Soc )
S ervice Oriented Computing (SOC), as its flexibility and the ability to adapt more
dynamic environment, has become an increasingly important computing paradigm to
develop and integrate distributed enterprise IT systems [1]. As one of the most
important technology of choice for SOC, services composition addresses the situation
where a requirement cannot be accomplished by a single preexisting service, thus a
composite service consisting of multiple component services working together should
be generated to satisfy the requirement [2, 3]. In recent years, more and more
researchers have concentrated on service composition, because it is a remarkable and
promising solution to software engineering. However, traditional researches on
composition are usually based on an implicit assumption that services are deployed
on heavyweight enterprise servers and they usually supply computation intensive
functions. That is, traditional context of service composition is always stationary and
certain. But with advancement of technologies and newly emerging concepts, the
assumption and context may be broken by services provided by modern mobile
devices equipped with various sensors and powerful computation power, such as
smart phones [4].
The advancement in mobile devices and wireless technologies has enabled the
provisioning of services more flexible and diverse [5 7]. On one hand, The

Government should intervene to improve the private sector nursing education. The
private sector should involve to establish training institutions for pare medical
professions. Otherwise the government should introduce payee programmes for
training pare medical students. Government should involve minimizing this problem.
The corruption and fraud are key issues in the health sector and the government
should get necessary actions to prevent these incidents. It is needed urgent policy
reforms requirement to prevent this kind of situation. Ministry of health should
follow the government rules and regulations and should implement the tender
procedure of the country. The government should correct the administration
weaknesses of the health ministry to provide advanced medical service in the country.
Although many actions have been implemented against the spread of the dengue
during the past period, desired outcomes unable to achieve. So Mosquito breeding
control act should be tightly implemented. The major problem of the control of
mosquito breeding in Sri Lanka is lack of public health inspectors. But there are many
government officers work in the field. The government can get these officers help to
control breeding mosquitoes.
Although the government sector female officers get enough maternity leaves, private
sector working ladies haven t this opportunity. The laws and regulations should be
prepared to eliminate the problem.
