• A clean diet helps them have
more Energy while having
strong bones.
• In school we will incorporate
yoga for the children to clear
there minds and to experience
that yoga environment.
4. GYM EDUCATION:
• In my gym class I would incorporate the educational background when it comes to gym
activities and outdoor activities.
• Before starting an sport building the fundamentals of the sport and how you can get hurt
by playing and sport.
• With the education they will learn it and then either there before to pursue the sport as full
time to become better.
• Explain the Sholarship’s with different sport so they can avoid the college tuition.
5. CAREER:
• There are many jobs/career
when it comes to fitness.
• Fitness training (coach)
• Dietitian
• Fitness trainer
