break away from government funding. Because Congress had designated them as a

In general gestation periods for primates are relatively long, allowing for the
development of a more complex brain. Also the more sophisticated species exhibit
longer infant and juvenile stages, which are related to the time required for a more
advanced mental development. Primates usually have a closer infant/mother bond
and a longer childhood than other animals. During the time a primate is an infant and
child it learns from its mother of how to survive in the environment. Primates also
learn what to eat, where to find food, how to eat different foods, mating rituals, social
structure, and females also learn maternal behavior. While still in the uterus, the brain
starts growing. Thus the longer the gestation period, the larger the relative size of the
brain will be in the infant. It is assumed that the more time spent in infancy and
childhood, the more an animal learns. There is a direct correlation to length of the

During the month of November, I became our school s acting testing coordinator.
Our testing coordinator was in an accident and went out on medical leave. She was
suddenly out for an undetermined amount of time and with a severe concussion
was unable to remember what she completed and what she did not. During her
absence, there were two assessments and a survey that needed to me completed.
These assessments included SAT 10, FFT (Teacher Survey) and MAP R. This was
a very demanding experience. The first thing that needed to be completed was the
FFT Teacher Survey. This is important to all teachers on cycle using the
Framework for Teaching. The Survey is a vital component to a teachers overall
effectiveness. If left incomplete, the teacher receives a score of zero for that
portion. When I became the acting testing coordinator, only two weeks were left in
the window and no surveys were completed. Within two weeks, I needed to
complete 167 surveys for 7 teachers. Unfortunately, the teachers could not assist in
this endeavor. I tried to create a schedule were I was able to conduct all 167 surveys.
This was impossible if I was still going to meet with my intervention students.
Therefore, I rounded up a team of individuals that had opportunity and the willingness
to assist. This team consisted of the ESOL teacher and the Guidance Counselor. The

Schools lacking social utilities that are needed to promote the academic status of its
students is an issue. Whether these benefits should be kept opened or closed is
widely debated in most societies. The condition of such schools is an important issue
because it determines the future of its students academically. Some issues facing
schools include social, public and economic issues; this essay will consider
arguments concerning the social, public and economical causes of this problem
through the use of Jonathan Kozol s FREMONT HIGH SCHOOL , which was
written to expose the poor conditions in Fremont high school and seek in the
improvement of the school system. In his essay, Kozol identified Fremont high
school as a public school that has over a thousand students enrolled but does not have
a convenient environment suitable for learning. Some classes are taught in portables
or storage rooms and they do not even have windows and this is where the students
are being taught. Students are given inadequate time to eat and rest for breaks before

Firstly, the invasion of the Vietnam War cannot be justified when the US s ally in
the war is a corrupt democracy. When the Vietnam War began the United States
puppet state was Ngo Dinh Diem s South Vietnam. Diem was a dictator or the

Comparing Nineteen Eighty-Four, And V For Vendetta

will be comparing and contrasting Nineteen Eighty Four and V for Vendetta since
they are both fictional narratives based on totalitarian dystopian societies, where the
government has the power over its citizens. The government can control what they
want their citizens to believe and think through propaganda. This creates fear in the
citizens of both societies. By showing that the everything which the current
government is doing better than the government in the past for it citizen. It is useful
to compare V for Vendetta and the novel Nineteen Eighty Fourwith respect to their
depictions of dictators, representation of propaganda in a dystopian society and the
endings related to character development. Both societies can be compared with each
other by a figurehead which is worshipped by the citizens of the society, propaganda
is used to control the citizens of the society and the ending of movie V for Vendetta
and Nineteen Eighteen Four book contrast with each other in character development.
The first topic that is going to be compared is that in both societies the leader is
worshipped by the citizens. In the book, Nineteen Eighty Four Big brother is
considered to be the savior of the society and he is idolized by the citizens. Similarly
in V for Vendetta Adam Sutler is also considered to be the savior
