Provided leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations for all Construction, Project Management
and Project Administration activities associated with the project. Managed a staff of Project Managers,
Superintendents, and Project Support staff. Executed the development and implementation of corporate

The facility expanded the wastewater capabilities from 160 to 640 million gallons per day of primary and
secondary treatment. Overall construction cost of the project totaled $2.4 billion when completed The
project encompassed a pre-cast structure with 80-foot invert two story elevation and one vertical of poured-
in-place concrete and placed structural steel.
Cost: $2.4B
Responsibilities: Managed the electrical and instrumentation work for seven years as part of this
