School
 The school was officially established in 2005
 There are students from the 1st to the 8th grade
 You can do a lot of cool afternoon activities, like
choir with Ruth, English book-club with Ruth,
Italian with Hanna, Photography with Marcel …
 There are 8 teachers working at our school and
we adore them all ; )
School-System
 The students work with the Dalton-System
 Our day starts with the morning circle, where the kids
present books or poems
 After that, there is the Dalton-Phase, where everyone
works freely on their plans, to get their magnets of the
boards
 The students get plans with special numbers on it, which
have to be finished until a hand-in-date
 That´s how the children learn how to work by themselves
Garden
 A few years ago, the students started to build a school
garden together with Emil
 Every Thursday he comes to school, and builds something
together with the children
 We use the vegetables, that grow in the
garden, to make lunch for the kids
Deutschlandsberg
 Deutschlandsberg is a town in
Styria in Austria
 There are ca.10,000 people living
there, but most of the students
in our school, don´t live in
Deutschlandsberg
 The most interesting places to
visit there are our school and the
centre of the town
