Our school has about 480 pupils and is located in a small town called Odry in the Moravian-Silesian region of the Czech Republic. The school was built in 1932 and has a gym, canteen, buffet, and offers afternoon activities like basketball. It also has optional subjects like cooking and woodworking. The school visits nearby camps and traffic areas for outdoor activities and safety lessons. Teachers lead clubs like European, art, and gymnastics after school. The building has undergone renovations over the years to update classrooms.

Our highest classes visit Italy every
year.

8. Outdoor course for 6th classes
The 6th class visit Vítkov camp every year.
We are biking, canoeing and climbing
there.

9. Gymnastic club
The coach of gymnastic club is our P. E. teacher,
Mrs. Rudolfová. She is coaching it for 6 years.

10. Art lesson
• That‘s our art lesson. Usually we draw some
portraits there.

11. Optional subjects
• Optional subjects – most of girls are cooking.

12. Optional subjects
• …and boys are working with wood.

13. Traffic lesson
• All classes of our school visit municipal traffic
playground for traffic education for twice a
year.

• We are meeting in computer classroom every
Friday afternoon.
