4. What actors I will need
I will need 3 characters and one other crew member to help with the production of this film, the 3 characters will all play
main character type roles, so I will require them to be available for a few hours which may be separated onto different
days. They will all also need to be confident speaking and acting in front of a camera as they will all play main roles in the
film. The one crew member that I will require will be on sound and lighting duties so I am able to focus on the different
angles and shot types in each scene, these duties will be holding the light to get it in the rightplace and holding the
microphonein the right place making surewhen an actor speaks I can hear them loud and clearly. However, I willnot
need the crew member at all the scenes as I can use natural lighting for somescenes.
Planned Budget
For Amanda sheshould be able to useall her own clothes as she will be dressed in smartbut casualwork attire as the
scenes she is involved in are either before, during or after work. Simon will be the same as the scenes which he is involved
in are all after or beforework, thereforeI should be able to use his everyday clothes. However, I may haveto buy a
suitable mask for my masked man as they will always be wearing this mask in every scene that they are involved in. I may
have to put some money towards loaning a droneas I don’thave one of my own, this wouldn’tbe expensive as a few
associates havesaid I can borrow there’s with a small contribution.

5. Launch Date
The date chosen to launch my productis the 10th
March 2019. I havechosen this date as this is a Sunday therefore a high
proportion of my target audience will not be at work and will be relaxing so are morelikely to haveaccess and want to
watch my shortfilm. Another reason why I havechosen this date is becausethis will give me a lot of time to film all the
different scenes, furthermorethis will allow me to use all different types of weather and settings as it is based in different
times of the year. This date will not clash with any other seasonalor local events as it is between Christmas and Easter
therefore any events are unlikely to happen between them. I will not need to gather any permission slips as all my actors
will be abovethe age of 18, and my crew member will also be abovethe age of 18.
