Habitat destruction can occur directly from human activities like logging, agriculture, and mining which involve clearing land, or from natural causes. Logging destroys forests by removing large and small trees for wood products. Agriculture expands by clearing land for food production. Mining damages ecosystems through runoff and making areas too acidic for many species. Natural causes such as fires, floods, and earthquakes can also eliminate habitats. As the human population increases, more land is converted from natural habitats for settlements and infrastructure, threatening animal populations by destroying their homes.
2. Thesis Statement
• In this powerpoint,I will be talking about
Habitat destruction can be destroyed directly
by many human activities, most of which
involve the clearing of land for other uses such
as logging, agriculture, mining, and natural
causes.
7. Causes of Habitat Destruction with
Natural Causes.
•Fire
•Climate Change
•Floods
•Earthquakes
8. Where is It Happening?
• Habitat destruction
• Human population
• Animals homes
9. Conclusion
• In this power point I have taught you about Habitat
destruction as well as construction is completely in our hands.
Habitat destruction has taken place due to our selfish needs
and stupid uncontrollable mistakes. The main reason can be
the ever-increasing population. As human beings' needs
increase, so does the deforestation. There is an ever-
increasing demand for land and cutting down forests is the
only solution.

Editor's Notes
People are cutting down the forests for wood and wood products, usually only large prime trees are cut down, and smaller trees can be destroyed and never replaced .
Habitat destruction is the process in which natural habitat is rendered functionally unable to support the species present. In this process, the organisms that previously used the site are displaced or destroyed, reducing biodiversity.
Agriculture was the key implement in the rise of sedentary human civilization domesticate species created food surpluses.
When mining is not managed well the surface of an ecosystem can be destroyed, underground material can be introduced into a habitat, and when these materials are rained on a runoff containing high concentrations of metal ore or highly runoff that is highly acidic can be created and these are incredibly toxic to aquatic species.
Fire is another culprit that can fall under man-made or natural causes of habitat destruction. Human error or intent can result in forest fires. Lightning strikes can also result in serious fires. Earthquakes can physically move the land, and may be associated with subsequent tsunamis. Floods can destroy the vegetation and cause erosion of the land. The main cause of habitat destruction is the destruction of natural ecosystems in ... Whenever habitat destruction destroys a forest, it accelerates climate change.
everywhere, because of the explanation of human population we are destroying other animals' homes to more of our own.
