This is a presentation based on energy resources. I made this presentation for my physics investigation and class presentation on energy resources and I feel this is a very important topic for every student to know. I have mentioned the links from where I collected the information at the end of the ppresentation.
CONCLUSION
After discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the above resources it can be really a tough decision to point out the most suitable source of energy for the future. Although after thorough investigation of the above sources of energy it can be said that solar energy wind energy and biofuels are the leaders in this race for the favorable energy source for the future. It is an obvious fact that mankind could not survive with only these sources of energy. Scientists all round the world are trying to develop technologies to find alternative sources of energy. Nuclear fusion energy, fuel cell (H2O), plasma gasification of waste products are the arenas in which the future of mankind is dependent
Unit 3 VCE Environmental Science: Area of Study 1 - Energy and Greenhouse gases. This presentation has some typical exam a review of some typical exam questions for this unit of work as well as a comparison of the Mortlake Gas fired power plant and the Macarthur wind farm.

How to Split Bills in the Odoo 17 POS ModuleCeline George
Bills have a main role in point of sale procedure. It will help to track sales, handling payments and giving receipts to customers. Bill splitting also has an important role in POS. For example, If some friends come together for dinner and if they want to divide the bill then it is possible by POS bill splitting. This slide will show how to split bills in odoo 17 POS.
How to Create Map Views in the Odoo 17 ERPCeline George
The map views are useful for providing a geographical representation of data. They allow users to visualize and analyze the data in a more intuitive manner.

In Odoo, the multi-company feature allows you to manage multiple companies within a single Odoo database instance. Each company can have its own configurations while still sharing common resources such as products, customers, and suppliers.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

2. ENERGY
Energy is the capacity of a physical system to do
work. The common symbol for energy is the
uppercase letter E. The standard unit is the joule,
symbolized by J. One joule (1 J) is the energy resulting
from the equivalent of one newton (1 N) of force
acting over one meter (1 m) of displacement. There
are two main forms of energy, called potential
energy and kinetic energy.
3. ENERGY RESOURCES
That which provides usable energy. A resource
can be renewable, as in the sun, sea, and wind.
A resource can be non-renewable, as in a coal
mine, gas well, and oil well. These resources
are sources of energy producing substances.
4. TYPES OF ENERGY
RESOURCES
Non-renewable energy resources
These resources have formed over millions of years of geological processes, and
we're using them faster than they can be naturally replenished. Examples include
fossil fuels like coal, petroleum, and natural gas. We currently depend on non-
renewables to meet most of our energy demands, extracting and combusting
them primarily to generate electricity or develop fuels for transportation.
5. Renewable energy resources
Renewable energy resources are those sources of energy which can be
replenished and are not depleted because of our consumption. Renewable
resources include wind, solar, geothermal, hydropower, tidal, and biomass energy.
Nuclear fusion also falls into this category. Typically, renewable energy resources
have much lower greenhouse gas and other emissions associated with use.
6. CONVENTIONAL
ENERGY
1.Conventional sources of energy are those
sources which have been in use from time
immortal.
2 . They are exhaustible except hydro-energy.
3. They cause pollution when used as they emit
smoke and ash.
4. Their generation and use involve huge
expenditure.
5. Very expensive to maintain, store, transmit as
they are carried over long distances through
transmission grids.
6. Examples are – coal, natural gas, water, firewood
NON-CONVENTIONAL
ENERGY
1. Non-conventional sources of energy have
generally been identified in the recent past.
2. They are inexhaustible.
3. Generally, these are pollution-free.
4. Low expenditure required.
5. Less expensive due to local use and easy
maintenance.
6. Examples are – geothermal energy,solar
energy, wind energy, tidal energy, biogas
energy, nuclear energy
