and gain insight to all the various departments. My area of
interest is PMO department, and I have sat in meeting and
discussed with a wide range of PM's about Project
Management. I learn't how PM's delivered their projects and
managed the stakeholders in the Project team, which has led
me to conduct my research on delivering Projects using a
Hybrid approach as I learn't organisation who are typically
using traditional methods such as Waterfall Methodology are
struggling to implement Agile to their workforce, and
perhaps 100% Agile i snot the correct approach. Wesleyan
Bank uses Waterfall Methodology for the majority of their
projects, but are transitioning to Agile as their Digital team
are creating innovative products for their customers to use.
